The US Dollar rates quoted on this website are based upon the exchange rate between the Euro and the US Dollar as of the date viewed. Prices are subject to change without notice.
(a) Property information
The information relating to the properties featured on this website (description, services, photographs, etc.) has been provided to ILC by the properties. Property refers to the accommodations for which ILC offers reservation services, including, but not limited to, hotels, suites hotels, apartments and villas. It is possible that some of the services or facilities could differ from those shown on this website. Neither ILC nor the individual properties are responsible for any changes in this information that may arise, facilities and services that may change, or errors that may have occurred.
(b) Accuracy of information
ILC has made every effort to ensure that the information represented on this website is accurate. Information on the properties, featured on this website, was provided by each property. ILC believes the properties conform to the photographs and/or descriptions contained in this website, however, the user acknowledges that they have not relied upon any representation or warranty as to the physical condition, features, availability, appearance, layout, use or any other matter or thing affecting or relating to the property, and agrees to accept the property “as is”. The user shall look solely to the owner of the property or its agent for compensation or redress of any claim or cause of action it has or may have with respect to the property, and ILC shall, upon demand, assign, transfer and set over to user any and all rights ILC may have necessary to perfect such claims or causes of action against the owner or its agent.
(c) Accuracy of rates
ILC has made every effort to ensure that any property rates quoted on this website in Euros are accurate. However, in the event there is a discrepancy between the Euro rate quoted by ILC and the property’s rate, the guest will be responsible to pay the property’s rate upon check-out.
(d) Reservation request
You, or your agent, can request a reservation to ILC by completing the online booking form on this website. If you do not want to transmit the information requested via the website, you can call us at Toll-free: (800) SPAIN-44 (800-772-4644) or Telephone: (212) 228-5900. The reservation request does not constitute a confirmed reservation; it is merely a request to make a reservation. We will email you or your agent a response to the reservation request within one business day of having received it. If the reservation request can be confirmed, the guest or agent of the guest will be sent a confirmation document via email.
The US Dollar rates quoted on this website for properties are for illustrative purposes only and are based upon the exchange rate between the Euro and the US Dollar as of the date viewed.
Please note that requests for certain bed types, location of rooms, etc., cannot be guaranteed by the property. The property will use its best efforts to comply with the request(s).
(e) Credit card guarantee
A credit card number is required to process a reservation request. To ensure that the terms of the reservation made through us will be honored by the guest, ILC, as well as the property, ask for a credit card number and expiration date to guarantee a reservation. The name on the credit card must be the same as the guest name on the reservation request. The expiration date of the credit card must be later than the check-out date of the reservation. The guest will pay the property the Euro rate at check-out. The credit card will not be charged in advance for the stay; it will only be charged in the event that the guest or agent of the guest fails to comply with the stipulated cancellation policy, such as not canceling the reservation before the specified number of days, or if the guest does not show up at the property on the date reserved.
(f) Prepaid reservations
Some properties may require payment in advance. Depending on the property, the prepayment method will vary; for additional information please inquire at time of making a reservation. Along with the prepayment, certain properties require a signed booking agreement and a security deposit.
(g) Confirmation of reservation request
ILC will email the guest or agent of the guest a confirmation document, which must be printed and presented to the property at check-in. The document will contain:
- ILC Confirmation Number
- Property Reference Number (if applicable)
- Guest name
- Property’s name, address, telephone and fax number
- Arrival and Departure Dates
- Number of Guests
- Room Type
- Room Rate
- Form of Payment (i.e. client pays property directly)
- Payment Notes (if applicable)
- Requests (if applicable)
- Payment & General Conditions
- Cancellation Policy
- ILC’s contact information (our address, telephone number, website and email address)
In order for the guest to receive the rate and other reservation conditions confirmed to them by ILC they must present the confirmation document to the property at check-in. Failure to present the confirmation document to the property at check-in may result in the guest receiving a different rate, and/or reservation conditions, than the ones confirmed by ILC. ILC will not be responsible for intervening if a discrepancy results from the guest’s failure to present the confirmation document to the property at check-in.
(h) Reservation changes
We will process a request to change a reservation. However, a request to change a reservation does not guarantee that it can be changed, since the change in dates or room category may not be available. A modification can also impact the room rate or other reservation conditions.
(i) Fees imposed by ILC on property reservations
We currently do not charge a fee for processing reservation requests, changes, or cancellations on properties. However, this policy may change at any time, so please review this section of the website prior to submitting a request to change a reservation, to determine if a fee will be imposed.
(j) Early departure penalty
Once a guest has checked into a property, it is solely at the discretion of the property whether they will charge the guest a penalty for checking out prior to the departure date on their confirmed reservation. The guest should confirm at check-in what the property’s policy is for an early departure. The guest must inform the property as soon as possible if an early departure is desired. Information about a property’s early departure policy may be found in the Cancellation Policy section of the property’s Rates page, which is subject to change without notice, or on the confirmation document.
For prepaid reservations, the refund of any unused portion of a prepaid reservation will be subject to the terms outlined in the Special Conditions section on the property’s Rates page, the confirmation document, or the booking agreement.
(k) Cancellation policy
Most properties have a four day* prior to arrival cancellation policy. In other words, the guest or agent of the guest must cancel the reservation by 3:00 p.m. property time at least four days before the confirmed arrival date, in order to avoid a penalty. This may vary from property to property, especially during certain times of the year (for example, during Holy Week, April Fair in Seville, at New Years, etc.). For additional information, please refer to the Cancellation Policy on the property’s Rates page, the confirmation document, or the booking agreement.
* The effective date of the cancellation request is the date it is received by ILC during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 EST), and not the date you send it. Cancellation requests received outside of our regular business hours (such as after business hours, on weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day following its receipt.
(l) Cancellation of an online reservation
Cancellation requests for reservations made online must be made through ILC’s website. The effective date of the cancellation request is the date it is received by ILC during our regular business hours, and not the date you send it. Cancellation requests received outside of our regular business hours (such as at night, on weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day following its receipt. ILC will acknowledge the cancellation by email within two business days of its receipt, along with a cancellation number.
In the event the guest or agent of the guest does not have access to the internet, we would accept a faxed cancellation request. If the guest is already in the country where the property is located, it may be easier for them to contact the property directly. The property contact numbers are listed on the confirmation document, along with the cancellation policy, which should be referred to, in order to determine if the guest will be subject to a cancellation penalty. It is the responsibility of the guest to document the date, time, cancellation number (if applicable), and name of the person at the property who accepted the cancellation request. In the event that the guest cancels a reservation directly with the property, ILC will not be responsible for intervening in the event of a discrepancy or if a penalty is charged. The guest must contact the property directly to resolve any issues.
(m) Cancellation penalty
The cancellation penalty is typically equal to the cost of one night of the confirmed reservation, plus tax. However, the penalty may vary, so the guest or agent of the guest should check the cancellation policy on the confirmation document or booking agreement to determine the specific penalty that may be charged. In the event that the guest or agent of the guest fails to comply with the stipulated cancellation policy, the guest or agent of the guest authorizes the property to charge the penalty, as outlined on the confirmation document or booking agreement.
For a prepaid reservation, the refund of any unused portion of a prepaid reservation will be subject to the terms outlined in the Special Conditions section on the property’s Rates page, the confirmation document, or booking agreement.
(a) General conditions
Client acknowledges that they have voluntarily decided to participate in the tour, and do so understanding the physical requirements of participating in the tour.
Tours are based on the start time that was confirmed; the duration is based on the number of hours confirmed for the tour purchased. Client is responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting location. Failure to arrive on time could result in the forfeiture of the amount of time that the client was late. The tour guide is not obligated to extend the tour time to recover the time that was lost by the client’s late arrival.
Tours are run rain or shine, regardless of weather. Bad weather is not a reason to cancel a tour. The tour guide reserves the right to terminate any tour due to the unreasonable behavior of a client. No refund will be given if a tour has to be terminated under these circumstances.
Gratuities are not included in the tour prices, and are completely at the discretion of the client.
(b) Accuracy of information
ILC has made every effort to ensure that the information represented on this website is accurate. Information on the tours featured on this website was provided by each service provider. ILC believes the tours conform to the photographs and/or descriptions contained in this website, however, the client acknowledges that they have not relied upon any representation or warranty as to the features, availability, use or any other matter or thing affecting or relating to the tours, and agrees to accept the tours “as is”. The user shall look solely to the service provider or its agent for compensation or redress of any claim or cause of action it has or may have with respect to the tours, and ILC shall, upon demand, assign, transfer and set over to user any and all rights ILC may have necessary to perfect such claims or causes of action against the service provider or its agent.
(c) Accuracy of rates
The US Dollar rates quoted on this website for the tours are based upon the exchange rate between the Euro and the US Dollar as of the date viewed. Prices are subject to change without notice.
(d) Reservation request
You, or your agent, can request a reservation to ILC by either by email or phone. The reservation request does not constitute a confirmed reservation; it is merely a request to make a reservation. We will email you or your agent a response to the reservation request within one to three business days of having received it. If the reservation request can be confirmed, ILC will either email or mail the client or agent of the client an invoice for payment of the tour.
(e) Tourist site tickets
Tour prices do not include entrance fees or tickets to tourist sites, unless expressly mentioned in the tour description. The client is responsible for paying these fees during the tour, and/or for purchasing entrance tickets in advance (if advance purchase is available).
Some tours include visits to tourist sites that may require that tickets be purchased in advance in order to enter the tourist site on the date and time desired. The client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for acquiring the tickets that will allow them to enter the tourist site during the date and time that has been reserved for the tour. Failure to acquire the tickets in advance will not be cause for cancelling a tour, or for receiving a refund of the amount paid for the tour. In certain circumstances the tour guide or service provider will purchase the ticket(s) in advance on behalf of the client.
If ILC facilitates the purchase of tickets to tourist sites in advance on behalf of the client, ILC may charge a service fee of $5 per ticket or entrance fee. ILC is not responsible for and cannot guarantee the availability of tickets for the specific date/time requested by the client until payment has been received, and any additional client data (if required) has been provided to ILC. Some monuments limit ticket availability based on specific dates/entry times, and require specific client information, such as the full name, nationality, passport number, and date of birth for each visitor in order to purchase tickets. Requests for tours that include entrance tickets with limited date/time entry will not be considered confirmed until the entrance tickets have been secured. If ILC is unable to secure entrance tickets in advance for the date/time requested by the client, this will not be cause for cancelling a tour, or for receiving a refund of the amount paid for the tour.
Tickets or entrance fees purchased in advance on behalf of clients are non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable, and can only be used for tours arranged by ILC.
(f) Miscellaneous
Tour prices do not include the cost of food or beverages, unless expressly mentioned in the tour description as an item that is included in the price. The client is responsible for paying for any non-included food or beverage expenses incurred during the tour.
Tour guides will do their best to cover the itinerary that is described in the tour reserved by the client, or in the custom tour that has been defined by the client. However, neither ILC nor the tour guide will be responsible for any unpredictable events (including, but not limited to, traffic conditions, public demonstrations, construction, closure of tourist sites, bad weather, etc.) that would require a change in itinerary or not allow the tour to visit or access any tourist sites as planned.
(g) Payments & Confirmations
Full payment is required in U.S. Dollars by the due date stated on the invoice. Payment can be made by: 1) transfer using the Zelle online payment network (no fee), or 2) by bank check drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to International Lodging Corporation ($15 surcharge will apply). If the tour is scheduled to take place within 31 days, payment must be made by either Zelle, certified check or wire transfer. Wire transfers payments will incur an additional processing fee of $15, which is non-refundable. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of the service without further notice. A fee of $35 will be charged for each service that is reinstated.
A late booking fee of $150 will be charged, per tour, for tours booked between 30-15 days prior to the tour date; for bookings made 14 days or less before the tour date the fee charged will be $250, per tour.
In certain situations we may, at our own discretion, make an exception and accept payment through PayPal (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover). Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of the service without further notice. A fee of $35 will be charged for each service that is reinstated. CLIENT AGREES NOT TO FILE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE AND INSTEAD AGREES TO ABIDE BY THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN THE GOVERNING LAW SECTION OUTLINED BELOW.
A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been received and processed. ILC will email or mail the client or their agent a confirmation document when the payment processing is complete. Tour reservations are for the sole use of the client for whom they were reserved, and are non-transferable. Client should present their confirmation document, along with identification that matches the name on the reservation, to the tour guide or service provider on the date of the tour.
(h) Reservation changes
We will process a request to change a confirmed tour reservation (time, date, number of participants), provided the request is made at least 31 days prior to the scheduled tour date. A request to change a confirmed reservation does not guarantee that it will be available, or that tickets will be available, since the change of the tour and the availability of tickets (if applicable) must be confirmed with the service provider. If a change is made to a confirmed tour that had included the advance purchase of tickets, no refund will be given for the unused tickets. No refund will be given for the rate paid if there is a reduction in the number of participants. Client will be responsible for paying the additional cost if the change results in a higher rate, and if additional tickets must be purchased.
There is no fee for the first request to change a tour. Subsequent change requests will incur a $95 fee per request.
(i) Cancellation Policy & Refunds (applies when tours only or tours & transportation services are booked)
(1) If a reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to the earliest scheduled service on the invoice, the client will receive a refund of the amount paid, less a $95 service fee (per service, with a maximum of $285) and any non-refundable expense, such as a ticket to a tourist site that was purchased in advance. (2) If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the earliest scheduled service on the invoice, no refund will be given. (3) No Shows will be charged a 100% cancellation penalty, and no refund will be given. (5) No refunds are available once a tour/service has commenced, or for any unused portion of the tour/service.
At times the cancellation policy may vary, especially during certain times of the year (for example, during Holy Week, April Fair in Seville, at New Years, etc.).
Refunds will be made by check and can take up to 30 days to process.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email or mail to ILC during business hours. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the written request is received by ILC; a cancellation acknowledgement will be issued within two business days of receipt.
(a) General conditions
Client is responsible for providing ILC with detailed information regarding the time and pick-up and/or drop off location for the transportation service being reserved, such as: i) airline, cruise line or train line, ii) flight number, cruise name or train number, iii) airport, port/terminal or train station, iv) hotel/accommodation name and address. Client must also provide ILC with any schedule changes that may occur in the period between when the service is reserved and the actual date of service.
The local transportation company reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle for a reserved service, in the event the service is confirmed with a specific make/model of vehicle.
Gratuities are not included in the transportation prices, and are completely at the discretion of the client.
(b) Wait time
The local transportation company will make an effort to monitor the incoming flight/cruise/train on the date of the service to track the actual arrival time of the client. Transportation services for scheduled pick-ups for arrivals at airports, ports or train stations include a wait time that will vary depending upon the pick-up location. The specific wait time included in the service will be outlined on the confirmation document.
In the event the client’s arrival is delayed beyond the allotted wait time for any reason, including delays related to carrier delays, lost luggage, customs issues, etc., the client will incur an additional charge. The additional charge will be payable directly to the local transportation company. If possible, the client should contact the local transportation company if they experience a delay, so the driver can be informed.
Pick-ups at hotels or locations that are not dependent upon an incoming flight/cruise/train, such as a pick-up at a hotel, include a wait time of 10 minutes (unless noted otherwise on the confirmation document). The client will incur an extra charge if they are late for their reserved transportation service. The additional charge will be payable directly to the local transportation company.
(c) Reservation request
You, or your agent, can request a reservation to ILC by either by email or phone. The reservation request does not constitute a confirmed reservation; it is merely a request to make a reservation. We will email you or your agent a response to the reservation request within one to three business days of having received it. If the reservation request can be confirmed, ILC will either email or mail the client or agent of the client an invoice for payment of the transportation service.
(d) Payments & Confirmations
Full payment is required in U.S. Dollars by the due date stated on the invoice. Payment can be made by: 1) transfer using the Zelle online payment network (no fee), or 2) by bank check drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to International Lodging Corporation ($15 surcharge will apply). If the service is scheduled to take place within 31 days, payment must be made by either Zelle, certified check or wire transfer. Wire transfers payments will incur an additional processing fee of $15, which is non-refundable. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of the service without further notice. A fee of $35 will be charged for each service that is reinstated.
A late booking fee of $95 will be charged, per service, for services booked between 30-15 days prior to the service date; for bookings made 14 days or less before the service date the fee charged will be $150, per service.
Transportation reservations are for the sole use of the client for whom they were reserved, and are non-transferable. Client should present their confirmation document, along with identification that matches the name on the reservation, to the service provider on the date of the service.
(e) Reservation changes
We will process a request to change a confirmed reservation (time, date, number of passengers), provided the request is made at least 31 days prior to the scheduled date. A request to change a confirmed reservation does not guarantee that the transportation will be available or the same rate will apply, as the change must be confirmed with the service provider. No refund will be given for the rate paid if there is a reduction in the number of passengers. Client will be responsible for paying the additional cost if the change results in a higher rate.
There is no fee for the first request to change the transportation. Subsequent change requests will incur a $95 fee per request.

(3) No Shows will be charged a 100% cancellation penalty, and no refund will be given. (4) No refunds are available once a transportation service has commenced, or for any unused portion of the service.
Refunds will be made by check and can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds on services that were paid by PayPal will incur an additional processing fee of 8% of the amount paid, which will also be deducted from the amount refunded.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email or mail to ILC during business hours. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the written request is received by ILC; a cancellation acknowledgement will be issued within two business days of receipt.
5. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranty
ILC acts solely as a reservation service, and does not own or control any property, transportation or tour service provider. Our responsibility is solely limited to the processing of the reservation. We shall not be responsible for the negligence, acts, or omissions of any travel agent, hotelier, property, transportation, tour guide or tour service provider (or any of their agents, contractors, and clients). In the event that a property, at its discretion, relocates guests holding reservations at the property to other comparable accommodations, you agree that ILC shall not be held liable for any claims by you in connection with any such change in your accommodations.
The guest must look to the property for any restitution or resolution of any problems, and must bring any problem to the attention of the property during their stay, and not seek to be reimbursed or be compensated after they check-out. The guest is responsible for contacting the property directly with respect to any problem or complaint they have relating to their stay at the property. For transportation services, the client must look to the transportation service provider for any restitution or resolution of any problems, and must bring them to the attention of the driver during their service, and not seek to be compensated after the service has been completed. The client is responsible for contacting the transportation provider directly with respect to any problem or complaint they have relating to their service. For tours, the client must look to the tour guide or service provider for any restitution or resolution of any problems, and must bring them to the attention of the tour guide or service provider during their tour, and not seek to be compensated after the tour has been completed. The client is responsible for contacting the tour guide or service provider directly with respect to any problem or complaint they have relating to their tour service.
ILC SHALL IN NO EVENT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE ARISING EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR MAKING RESERVATIONS WITH ILC. ILC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EVENTS, OCCURRENCES OR ACCIDENTS, RELATING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO THE USE OR OCCUPANCY OF THE PROPERTY, TRANSPORTATION, TOUR, OR THEIR RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL ILC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH, THE USE OR FUNCTIONING OF THIS WEBSITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ILC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
THE CONTENT, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS, OR AVAILABILITY. FURTHER, ILC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT, SERVICES, AND MATERIAL ON THIS WEBSITE WILL BE CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to this website or making reservations with ILC shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of law, and both parties waive any claim that the courts of New York County are an inconvenient forum.
In the event of any dispute as to the terms of this Agreement, the enforcement hereof, or the obligations or responsibilities of either party hereto, which dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, any party may submit the matter to arbitration in the State of New York under the following rules: (i) The party wishing to submit a matter to arbitration shall send a written notice to the other party demanding arbitration and identifying the issues to be submitted to Arbitration (the “Demand”). (ii) If the parties cannot, within ten (10) days of the date of the Demand, jointly select a single, independent arbitrator to determine the question, then each of the parties shall, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the Demand select an arbitrator and notify the other party of its selection. The two (2) arbitrators so selected shall, within five (5) days select a third, independent arbitrator, to act as chair of the arbitrators. (iii) The arbitrators shall have a period of twenty (20) days from the date of selection of the third arbitrator to hear and determine the issues involved, and render a decision, which decision shall be made by a majority vote of the arbitrators. (iv) In hearing evidence, the arbitrators shall not be bound by the rules of civil procedure of any jurisdiction, nor by the rules of evidence. (v) The arbitrators may order relief in the form of payment of money, or performance of any obligation required of any party found to be in default of its obligations under this Agreement. (vi) The parties agree to be bound by the decision of the arbitrators, which may be reduced to judgment and enforced by any court having jurisdiction over the parties or property involved. (vii) Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in such arbitration, plus one-half of the costs of the arbitrators; provided, that the arbitrators may, as part of an award, require the unsuccessful party to pay all or a portion of the costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, of the successful party, in which event such costs and expenses may be recoverable by the successful party as part of the arbitration award.
At the client’s option, a dispute may instead be mediated or arbitrated through the Better Business Bureau (BBB), pursuant to the Uniform Rules for Better Business Bureau Arbitration (Binding). The BBB will attempt to mediate all unresolved disputes prior to presenting them for arbitration. This arbitration is legally binding on both parties, which generally means that decisions are final, the parties are legally bound to abide by the decisions, and neither ILC nor the client can present the same case again before a court of law or government agency.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be stricken from this agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
