Food lovers rejoice! The recently released 2014 Michelin Guide for Spain and Portugal reaffirms that Spain and Portugal continue to maintain a high culinary standard, as 25 newly starred restaurants have been added to the list. A total of 171 starred restaurants appear in the 2014 Guide, which is an increase from 158 in 2013.
In the 2014 Guide there are a total of 8 three-star restaurants (all of which are in Spain), 19 two-star restaurants, and 144 one-star restaurants. For more information, click on: Guia MICHELIN Espana Portugal 2014.
In Barcelona, brothers Ferran and Albert Adrià’s cocktail bar 41° earned one star. For more information on 41°, click here.
