Food is an integral part of Spanish culture. Spain boasts an abundance of outstanding food and iconic dishes that are well known around the world, including paella and tapas. These are dishes that just about every visitor to Spain is going to try during their visit.
Rather than just try these dishes, why not learn how to make them, so that you can recreate your Spanish food experience anytime you want when you return home. The 4 hour group cooking classes with an English speaking instructor will provide you with hands-on experience in how to purchase the right ingredients, prepare and cook them so that you can create your own Spanish meal at home.
Since no cooking experience is required, all you need to bring is an appetite and be prepared to have fun learning how to prepare some classic Spanish dishes. At the end of class you will be provided with a recipe booklet so that you can create your own Spanish meal for friends and family at home.
The menu of either class can be modified to accommodate any food restrictions (vegetarian, food allergies, etc.) that participants may have. Since cooking is done in teams of 2-3 people, the modifications will apply to the team of people who are cooking together. Advance notification is required in order to modify the menu, so please let us know your special needs when you reserve the class.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants, and children are welcome.
